1. Upload document as PDF
In the first step, upload your document without personalization in PDF format. PDFs with up to 8 pages and a maximum file size of 4 MB in A4 portrait format are accepted.

2. Upload addresses as CSV
Now upload the recipient addresses as a CSV file. CSV files of all types can be used with the Mail Merge Letter Generator.
Note: The first line of the CSV file should be used for the column name. You can also use our free CSV template.
A maximum of 5'000 records can be imported per upload. In the next step, additional data records can be added, edited or removed. In total, a maximum of 10'000 records can be imported.
2. Edit, add or remove addresses
Here you get an overview of the imported address data. You can easily import further CSV files or enter addresses manually. In addition, you can easily edit or remove the address data by clicking on the address line.

5. Free mail merge letter PDF download
Congratulations! Your mail merge letter has been successfully created and all letters have been saved in one PDF. You can now download your mail merge letter for free. Optionally, you can send the mail merge letter directly by post in the next step.
6. Have your mail merge letter delivered directly by post
Thanks to the integration with the Online Post Service Pingen, personalized letters can now be delivered directly by post. Your letters will be automatically printed in the highest quality and sent by local post or DHL - worldwide at the most attractive prices!
Once connected to Pingen, letters are automatically transferred to your Pingen account and can be submitted for sending with just a few clicks.
Pingen also offers detailed tracking for each letter. With the help of the clear Track & Trace information, you can keep track of every letter from transmission to posting!
